Brain Chamber Automation has delivered automatic hydraulic pressure control chuck for CNC, HMC and VMC machines with poka yoka unit. It is integrated with main frame wiring.

Advantage :- In some cases the job gets assembled on chuck with pressure more different than what it actually required, in that case the operator channelized to operate the chuck pressure by changing his/her place. We have arranged the independent system where this pressure will get handle by operator by digital display panel.
